Well folks,spring seems to be here at last and in fact with temperatures creeping into double f
igures it is almost a T shirt day!

Bue skies abound. Sparrows were taking baths in the bird bath outside. Even my neighbour's cat decided to come to my door for a stroke of her soft fur.

May these days continue.

I am feeling a bit classical today so here is Tchaikovsky's mighty Fifth Symphony.

1. Andante — Allegro con anima
2. Andante cantabile, con alcuna licenza
3. Valse: Allegro moderato
4. Andante maestoso— Allegro vivace

Hot Food

I am really enjoying the new range of Indian dishes from  Iceland stores. Tonight i had this -



Basmati rice with dtied fruit mango and pineapple with toasted ccconut flakes
Goan pulled pork in a hot tangy curry sauce
Chilli paneer cheese and peppers in a sweet and sticky Indo-Chinese sauce
Tandoori Shashlik - roasted veg and mixed peppers in a tandoori sauce.

Yummy and very spicy.
