Weather Turns

Looks like this weekend will suck. The weather has tunred and it is overcast.Think we had rain in the night.Ground is wet. We may be getting nmore of it as well. However, the forecast for my birthday is sunny intervals and breezy- with temps around 23 degrees C.

And So it should be.

No rain on my day!

I found another selfie i did some time ago.I think i was on a train.

Beers At The Evening Star

So, beer wise at the Star on Thursday night,i started with a pint of Gun Brewery Parabellum Milk Stout (4.1 % ABV) followed by Dark Star Biscotti (5.0 % ABV) , and then a Deya Steady Rolling Man (5.2% ABV).




I then had this strong raspberry flavoured beer (8.0 % ABV).



And finally a halfof this beastie.

Today i am in the Evening Star trying   a pint of this -



A naturally hazy, tropical pale ale is dry hopped with Chinook & Columbus hops and flavoured with coconut pulp to give our take on a Pina Colada. No umbrella needed.

In Brighton

It sure is raining now.

I visited a charity shop in Portslade as one of my covert shops this month. Picked up a DVD set and CD from them.

Checked out the other chazzers but nothing inspired me there.

I am off to see Geof at Across The Tracks to do a CD xchange , and anything he does not want will go to MVE next Friday on my monthly London visit.
He has some intersting jazz stuff in the shop.

AoS and The Flash

Wow! Just watched the latest Agents of SHIELD episode,as well as The Flash.AoS is just brilliant this season. Thelast episode was the first to mention the coming invasion of Thanos, which the Confederacy mentioned when Talbot, powered by the gravitonium, joins them. I cannot wait to see how the team stopTalbit whocouldbecome the destroyer of worlds,not Diasy (aka Quake).

The finale is next week,

The Flash was good but it does have its daft monents.
