Maidstone Visits / CD FInds
Mar. 4th, 2020 06:32 pmSo, after a mild start it turned wet and rainy again. Just did a couple of visits around Maidstone area. One of the chazzers were shut though - that was the one in Snodland but at the other down in Parkwood was open and I picked up some CD's there for two quid and some hair gel.
The CD's were -
Joni Mitchell - Blue (Reprise)
O.S.T - Stanley Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut (Warner Sunset)
Bill Evans Trio - Waltz For Debby (OJC)
The Evans is a backup as I already have it but I may exchange this one or sell it.
However, the other two without me suspecting it are copy protected so I cannot do a hard disk copy. F -it! Oh well, will keep both till I find a non-copy protected version.
I just love Bill Evans though. You get enough of his music already from my bro anyway. ;)

Jeez , you still get some knobheads (autumntoartica) commenting their puerile crap here on LJ - pertaining to my Friend Cut post. I read it, steamed, deleted and banned the bile. This is just part of the text -
"This tells me that either you can get no real-life human interaction or that you're afraid of it. Don't say!--it's none of my business. But for years, I've been listening to you cry, because Livejournal is all you want to use, but it just doesn't seem to be working out for you. I used to comment but you often played dumb on how to respond. No matter, I just chalk you up to someone who doesn't want to be figured out. Really, you ask too much of our time in reading, listening to and responding to all your posts. As for the heart button, it's a way for someone to acknowledge that your post has been read but doesn't feel worthy of a response. Not all of them do. Take it however you like.
You need a new hobby, exterior interaction, something to get you out of this old-age funk. Basically, you need a life"
LOL that made me laugh - because I talk to everybody except Mick here at Waterstone Place whenever I see them and sometimes daily or more. The fact is I do not remember this geezer ever commenting. Oh well.
