Combinng jazz with inner-city London, West African and Caribbean influenced groove, Cassie's Kinoshi's SEED Enesmble explores a blend of genres through both original compositions and arrangements.

Tuesday Tunings

My brother did take one of the Lancaster books and I posted the other one off to him today whilst I was in town.

Forgot that the post office was closed midday for lunch so I drunk a few ciders whilst waiting. my sweet spot near the library was available so I waited an hour there.



After buying some food stuff I went home and had this for my late lunch. A salmon salad with rice.




Then, at some time afterward I fell asleep and woke up around six so I missed some afternoon sunbathing. The sweet spot outside my flat was 27 C today !!

I do have these for later.



Oh well, supposed to be as hot tomorrow.

A classic movie from the sixties on Amazon Prime right now till the end of the month , based on the book by John Le Carre. Starring Richard Burton as the spy who would not come in from the cold to have a  job. I read the book some time ago and now have seen the film - but I suggest the book first as the recommendation before you see this taut monochrome film or you can do it the other way around.
