Wire and No-Man

I seems to me that only eliki and i have heard of No-Man - well i got to know about them via a Cd stuck on the Wire magazine way back in July 1994.



As you can see each issue covers a wide range of music, John Cale, Pharoah sanders,No-Man,Sonny Sharrock, The orb etc.

As a treat here is their 2001 album in full. Check them out guys.

Ah, that album was outstanding. And the turning point, where they turned their back on the synths and drum machines, for the most part. (I have the original "Close Your Eyes" on an EP and it's quite a bit different - much more synthesizer biased.) :)
