In the end i did not go to Rochester as i decided against doing it. The morning was a little iffy weather wise and then turned out really sunny in the afternoon in which i took advantage here in the gardens of the hostel soaking up the sun.

I went onto the government website for pension credit to see if i would get it, as they have a simple calculator to see if i am eligible and if i would get it. I am not eligible not till pension age in six years time. That colleague i spoke to the other day was wrong. Oh well.

Anyway , not all my research companies pay into my bank account. Some use PayPal anyway.

I hooked up my old Western Digital My Passport 320 GB hard drive to the Compaq laptop and listened to some music from the external hard drive. So in some ways i have not lost much music - i have 180 GB of it on the hard drive.
