Do you ever get anxious about anything?
Do you feel that life is a constant struggle?
Do you feel confident in the future?
Have you ever felt nostalgic for something?

Hate to always sound pessimistic, and a few years ago even I think I had higher hopes for mankind's future, for the idea that we might actually LEARN something and become more enlightened as a species. Nowadays I look around and tell myself, "What were you thinking?! It's just getting worse and worse, not better!!"
I've always always had a strong nostalgic streak, without nostalgia and living inside my own head/imagination most of the time I'm sometimes not sure I could survive present-moment reality. It's not so much wanting to actually return to the past, that would just become the present again and thus not 'romantic' or 'evocative' at all, ha; but I do have strong sentimental attachments to certain nostalgia points of my whole life and am especially affected by music and certain older movies or tv shows that take me back to particular points in time and particular intervals of my life. My son who died last year often said he felt nostalgic all the time for eras that existed before he was even born; he too had a very strong 'nostalgia' vibe in his soul.
