That is a good question - do you mean the naked hot men as they do tend to appear quite often such as the man who became an owl, the conjured man for Piper's birthday or the one Paige conjured for herself - just three that come to mind so far.

Yes to all. I assume its some kind of reference to birth. It happened in "The Terminator" but that's more of a reborn thing.

Angel came back from hell naked but in Supernatural Dean didn't. *rambling*

Then we have the Duplicate Doctor from "Journeys End". Jenny was fully clothed.
