For dinner this evening i bought some pigs liver and had a delicious liver and mashed potato dish.

Sometimes the simplest food can be the tastiest. Comfort food indeed.

I prefer lambs liver. Find pigs liver somewhat hard and strong flavoured.

I love liver from time to time. I rarely make it at home, but if we go to a pub I almost always order it.
