I just call them "Trumpskulls".
I also came up with a new phrase "Trumping the Shark" which means anything so bizarre it cannot be understood outside of its specific context, or anything that appears to be completely unbelievable except for the fact that it is actually happening. I submitted this to the Urban Dictionary.
