Well another day of getting wet in Croydon on this damn miserable job i am doing. Getting a bit fed up with it.

/ Zeena Parkins - Sleep ("Nightmare Alley" CD)
/ Frazer Hines - Time Traveller ("Who Is Dr.Who" CD)
/ Dick Kent - Maker of Smooth Music ("The American Song-Poem Anthology" CD)
/ Bobbi Blake - I Like Yellow Things (same CD as above)
/ Fever - Peggy Lee (Capitol 7")
/ Norm Burns And Singers - Human Breakdown of Absurdity (same Cd as 7 & 8)
/ AC Temple - Devil You Know ("Sourpuss" CD)
/ Scott Walker - The Drift (4AD - whole CD)
/ The Knight Brothers - Temptation 'Bout To Get Me ("Dave Godin's Deep Soul Treasures Vol.3)
/ Bobby Bland - I Pity The Fool (same Cd as above)
/ Chuck Edwards - I Need You (same Cd - its that good!)
/ The Parliaments - I Wanna Testify (Revilot 7")
/ Cymande - Brothers On The Slide ("Nyah-Rock" CD)
/ Rasputin Stash - Ooh Baby ("The Devil Made Me Do It" CD)
/ The O'Jays - Don't Call Me Brother ("Give The People What They Want" CD)
/ Sam Dees - Heritage Of A Black Man ("Black & Proud vol.1 " CD)
Phew . what a lot of good sounds and going towards the deep soul and soulful funky soul at the end. somwhat influenced by Steviecat's recent purchases on Ace records and him playing some deep soul in the bookshop. It was SOUL music, and northern soul, when i started listening to music early seventies and SOUL music still influences me now.
