I think the oceans, although my non swimming fear of water would bother me. I think the ocean depths are filled with such wonders.

The hotel, no contest. I've done my time camping, thanks so much.

I think it would depend on what you mean by "exploring". If I could get to interesting candidate areas as easily for BOTH? Space. If, on the other hand, it's a tradeoff of "week by sea, years in space", it's the ocean for me.


Cell phone. It'd be a royal pain but losing my cell doesn't deprive me of transportation.

Depends on the camping situation. I want a motorhome, no sleeping on the ground for me, so it would probably be the hotel.

Luxury hotel room for sure. I love being out for hikes and stuff, but I've never had a good night's sleep while camping and prefer access to showers and toilets and refrigeration.

The ocean. Space is dangerous and boring.

Keys. There are extras of those, but no spare phone. I don't even need a house key since we have a keypad on the garage door.

Luxury hotel surrounded by beautiful scenery that can be seen from a balcony or big windows as I'm in bed w. a whole lot of excellent food from room service.

Umm, if it means deep sea diving to explore under the ocean then no to both. I'd rather be on Earth than out in space but more due to physical limitations. But if I was healthy, then maybe a space trip.

Cell phone could definitely be lost over keys. My set of keys have car keys for both cars and all the house keys. I'd be afraid of someone coming in to rob/kill us until we changed the locks.

Definitely camping...with no noisy neighbours either! I'd take my art materials.

Definitely the ocean. I love water though it can be dangerous and very cold sometimes. I am not a fan of the idea of space!

Keys. Losing a mobile phone is a pain, but not as big a one as losing keys.
