1. Condensed milk sandwiches.
2. I misread this and thought 'Jersey!', then realised what you meant. Christmas.
Beef Wellington with roasters and seasonal veg.
4. Lamb. Pork. Any sort of raw meat/fish. (Dislike). Tomatoes make my tummy dicky.
5. Yep. I'd miss it though.

1. What was your favorite childhood meal?

Any meal where my father was absent. Sitting at a table with him
always ruined my appetite.

2. What is the best holiday for eating with your family?

Thanksgiving.

3. If someone could fix you a meal, and you didn't have to worry about cost or calorie count, what would you ask them to make?

Pork chops or spare ribs.

4. What food(s) do you truly dislike/hate/have allergies to?

Liver. Bleh!

5. Could you give up eating meat if you wanted/needed to?

I can't. I've tried a few times, too.

Spaghetti
Christmas
Spaghetti - I might ask for a version that's a little fancier than my usual meat sauce, though
None - it used to be green peppers, but over the decades I have learned to eat small quantities if cooked with lots of other things
No - I can cut down, but I need my protein fix and alternatives just aren't enough for the long term

Green peppers if soaked in salt water for 24 hours can remove a lot of the irritating oils. My dad loved stuffed peppers, but they would irritate his stomach. So my mom used to soak the peppers in salt water for a full day - and he never had that problem again. :D

1. Do Twinkies count as a meal? lol...
Probably grilled cheese sandwiches.

2. Thanksgiving with Christmas coming in a really close second. I LOVE roast turket.

3. I am not big on anything fancy, so calories would be a bigger issue. Cake with buttercream frosting. :)

4. Peppers. I can't even stand to walk past them in the grocery store. YUCKY POO.

5. NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hugs, Jon

Friend chicken with rice and cream gravy.

We don't have holiday meals anymore.

Fettuccine Alfredo, with flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

Mint, anything that tastes like licorice like anise, fennel, etc.

Yes, but I'd mourn the loss of bacon.

1. Depends on my age but I will go with being a wee lad of 4 or 5 and say fish fingers and potato waffles.
2. Christmas without a doubt
3. Oh I really don't know
4. Green peas make me wrech much to the amusement/irritation pof Philippa. I had a Banana allergy when I was younger but that seems to have disappeared.
5. I think I could quite easily.

1. I think Christmas dinner and pudding and Christmas cake and watermelon and home-made ginger beer :) I also love peanut butter and honey sandwiched. The peanut butter has to be the crunchy sort. I also love calamari, crab, lobster, prawns, scallops...and seafood except oysters, but will even eat them if they are prepared right.

2. Fish and chips! Fish was really good quality and there were many sorts we could choose from.

3. Roast chicken, baked pumpkin, baked potatoes and steamed green beans :)

4. I really hated liver as a kid. The morning after mum and dad killed a sheep and maybe the morning after that, we had to eat the stuff. At least we had fried home-grown eggs with it. I have allergies to gluten and dairy, which is a pain, because I love both! (Grew up on a dairy farm and next to a wheat belt. Mum made the BEST bread I have ever tasted!).

5. Yes, I could, and have from time to time, not because I needed or wanted to, but sometime it just happened :)
