Date: 2016-11-11 12:49 pm (UTC)2. I misread this and thought 'Jersey!', then realised what you meant. Christmas.
Beef Wellington with roasters and seasonal veg.
4. Lamb. Pork. Any sort of raw meat/fish. (Dislike). Tomatoes make my tummy dicky.
5. Yep. I'd miss it though.

Date: 2016-11-11 01:04 pm (UTC)Any meal where my father was absent. Sitting at a table with him
always ruined my appetite.

Date: 2016-11-11 01:56 pm (UTC)Christmas
Spaghetti - I might ask for a version that's a little fancier than my usual meat sauce, though
None - it used to be green peppers, but over the decades I have learned to eat small quantities if cooked with lots of other things
No - I can cut down, but I need my protein fix and alternatives just aren't enough for the long term

2. Thanksgiving with Christmas coming in a really close second. I LOVE roast turket.
3. I am not big on anything fancy, so calories would be a bigger issue. Cake with buttercream frosting. :)
4. Peppers. I can't even stand to walk past them in the grocery store. YUCKY POO.
5. NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Date: 2016-11-11 04:53 pm (UTC)We don't have holiday meals anymore.
Fettuccine Alfredo, with flourless chocolate cake for dessert.
Mint, anything that tastes like licorice like anise, fennel, etc.
Yes, but I'd mourn the loss of bacon.

3. Oh I really don't know
4. Green peas make me wrech much to the amusement/irritation pof Philippa. I had a Banana allergy when I was younger but that seems to have disappeared.
5. I think I could quite easily.

Date: 2016-11-12 09:53 am (UTC)2. Fish and chips! Fish was really good quality and there were many sorts we could choose from.
3. Roast chicken, baked pumpkin, baked potatoes and steamed green beans :)
4. I really hated liver as a kid. The morning after mum and dad killed a sheep and maybe the morning after that, we had to eat the stuff. At least we had fried home-grown eggs with it. I have allergies to gluten and dairy, which is a pain, because I love both! (Grew up on a dairy farm and next to a wheat belt. Mum made the BEST bread I have ever tasted!).
5. Yes, I could, and have from time to time, not because I needed or wanted to, but sometime it just happened :)
