It was very wet and windy yesterday and overnight. I am glad i did not go anywhere except Faversham in the morning. I needed to get some pipe tobacco and i sold a few paperbacks as well at Past Sentence. This was well before the storm - it hit the coast from early evening and has been named \Storm Angus. It brought gusts of up to 106mph, recorded 23 miles off the coast of Margate, while gusts hit 80mph at Langdon Bay, both in Kent.

Today since the storm has abated, it is calmer and hopefully gone completely  by tomorrow as i will be in Ashford for the day doing five visits.

As for today - another chilling out day of relaxing.

That was a good size storm, yeah. Glad it has calmed down a bit.

108 mph? WOWZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was windy here, but not quite that bad. :o
Bad enough though that it kept knocking our power out. Usually just for a few seconds, but ANNOYING. I would lose my wifi connection and it would take forever to reconnect. ARGH.....
Hugs, Jon

Windy and rainy at your place, too! Earthmother had cold weather and wind, but has had no rain for a month and it is dry there. It's warm (which is okay) and dry here :( I'm glad you had a rest. You've been very busy!
