What is the longest you've ever had to go without sleep? Why?

If you were to create a Scrapbook of Happiness, what would you be sure to include in it?

Have you ever binge-watched a TV series? If so, what was it? Why did you like it so much?

I went over 3 days without sleep. I was having a reaction to some meds that basically rev'd up my heart and made me feel like ants were crawling all over me.

Days at my beach in Ipswich.

Binge watched Dr. Who and Blake's 7 before the term "binge-watch" was invented. We were copying takes of the shows over from one VCR tape to another.

What is the longest you've ever had to go without sleep? Why? It would probably be during the birth of my fifth child. At what would be my usual bedtime, I went into labor. Rode to the hospital, got checked in, no beds available, as there were an unusual number of people being admitted , waited on a gurney and ended up delivering there, about 4 AM, then waited again for an hour, finally put into a proper bed about 5 AM, almost 21 hours since waking the previous day!

If you were to create a Scrapbook of Happiness, what would you be sure to include in it? Pictures of my parents and siblings, our summer cottage on a lake in Plymouth MA., my cousins, aunts and uncles (BIG families!), holidays like Xmas and Easter spent with extended family, my wedding and honeymoon and our seven kids!

Have you ever binge-watched a TV series? If so, what was it? Why did you like it so much? We watch a number of 'true crime' shows. I like following the clues and trying to figure out the answer!!

I think it was the night before going on Holiday to Margarita for the first time. Our flight was at 7am in Manchester and we were in the pub until midnight.

Just snippets of various events, holidays and nights out over the years and a few photos of old friends.

Not really. The nearest I guess was watching all 10 episodes of the Doctor Who story the War Games back to back

Five days. My first mother-in-law was dying, and we had to take the night shift, but couldn't sleep during the day because my teenaged sister-in-law played the stereo at 90 db constantly.

Pictures of every cat I've had. Pictures of all my friends. Tea bags. Champagne corks. High quality chocolate wrappers. A picture of fireworks over the Disneyland castle. A pic of a big geyser going off. Pics of the ocean, both still and warm and cold and violent. Packets of flower seeds. Rainbows of every color. A CD of belly dance music. Paper skeletons.

Yes; Mad Men. I was trying to watch the previous episodes before the new season started (I'd never seen it). I was doing stuff the whole time, though, so I didn't even catch half of it and need to watch it again. I loved the fashions, the nostalgia for the era I grew up in, and the damn fool decisions the people kept making.

About 22 hours, I think? It might have been the time I slept for two hours before catching my early morning flight home from college and then stayed up until late that night.

Pictures of me and my friends!

I watched 6 series of Peep Show in one week once! It's easier to binge watch sitcoms--I don't think I've ever done more than two or three episodes in a day with a drama, which I'm not sure really counts as binge watching? There have been dramas I went through lots of quickly though, like Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

1. A 36-hour series of flights to Central Norway.

2. Photos of my mother and father, memories of my national tours of musicals, early memories of my two relationships.

3. Veronica Mars ... It's a great series with compelling characters and an interesting plot through line.

Well, it was mostly volunteered, but I think I went about 32 hours one time. I had rehearsal one evening, and then I had to go to work over night, and then the next afternoon we had tech rehearsal, and then afterward I stayed to help with set construction stuff. :o :o :o

Disney World. :)
Meeting my online friends. :)

Last one was probably The Originals. I found it on Netfliks. Why? I was just looking for something and gave it a shot. Since then I have bought seasons 1-3 from ebay. LOL.....
Hugs, Jon

3 days. Vitamin B-6 from my multi was keeping me awake.

Pics of friends and fandom stuff.

I binge-watched SPN. I love the brother bond, and the lengths they'd go for each other.

72 hours. Work and life, lol!!

Moments here, moments at home - writing, love, life and everything in between!

Yes. Many. too numerous to count! And lots of them were lovely for a variety of reason in a myriad of ways...
