Yesterday in Faversham

After a couple of lovely sunny days this morning the weather is overcast but still mild.

Th evening meal last night at The Leading Light went well, I had the beef madras curry,brother had the chicken tikka masala and Ros had scampi peas and chips.We also had a bowl of Bombay potatoes to share but i ended up having the most. We were stuffed by the end of the meal.

Ros was getting tired so we walked down towards the Sun Inn where my brother and sister-in-law were staying. Ros went up to bed and Mike and i had a couple of beers. We had phoned Phil to say we would be elsewhere and not to meet at the Leading Light, and after he finished catering for the Masonic Lodge,joined us in the bar at The Sub Inn.Mike then departed for bed,so Phil and I after finishing a pint, decided to try one of the local micro pubs. Trouble was, we had left it too late, due to the fact that these micro pubs close earlier than normal pubs.

So we ended up at the Leading Light for one final drink and then we headed home.

I slept very well last night!
