jazzy_daveWatched the third episode of the new Star Trek Discovery series on Netflix.tonight down my local pub. I am getting hooked on this and cannot wait till next Sunday to see what happens. Is Captain Lorca unhinged? Why bring that terrifying mobster inboard? Spores - now that is a novel way of interstellar travel - a kind of fold in the spacetime continuum - this is what the Discovery is trying to master - reminds me of the Spice folding spacetime in Frank Herbert's "Dune". Well,at least it is a new way to fly.
