Today I packed some more … five boxes now complete with five to go. Phil will be using his van to help me move on the Monday. Aaron will help with taking them downstairs to the van, as these boxes are quite when they are packed with CD's or books.
I also popped over to Faversham again to sell some more paperbacks at Past Sentence but the lady was not in today. I ;left them with her son at the shop and my contact number. I will be over there again in the morning with more books to unload. The reason for her not being there is that she had to take her mum to hospital today.
Now , isn't it a small world. I was speaking to my neighbour Aaron today and guess what he knows Abbey. Abbey use to work for Phil as#t the Dover Castle Inn in Teynham. He may even know of the girls , Tracey and Zoe, our wonderful neighbours in Teynham whilst I was living with my detestable erstwhile cousin.
Aaron rides a bike round town and everywhere on it. He fell off his bike the other day when a car in front of him pulled up for no sudden reason, and he swerved , hit a pothole on the road, and fell over. He is all bruised up, with a gash on his legs was checked out at the local hospital , but otherwise ,except for the aches and pains, he is okay, and said he would be able to take boxes for me on Monday. I will slip him a fiver for the effort.
I will miss this gentle six foot plus geezer, but hopefully we can stay in touch.
