Thursday Thoughts

When I walked home from the town centre last night I noticed that parked vehicles had iced windows already. There will be a lot of scraping and deicing, I thought, tomorrow.  The reason I was walking home is that the last bus from Ashford gets in near to Faversham seven in the evening which is too late for the last bus down to Kiln Court, the route that takes me nearest to home.

Today I didn't do much except go into town to post a book off and get some food items.

Well, I went to bed at midnight and then woke up at three this morning, could not get back to sleep, so I caught up with my weekly blast of superhero TV  series (Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow) and then watched University Challenge and Egheads. I then read a bit, fell asleep and did not wake till after ten this morning.


Oh, and I have completed reading another book, but is what quite a short one, so expect a review soon.

It isn't as cold tonight bit the forecast for much colder weather at the weekend.  Roll on, warmer weather.

For dinner, I had a very spicy tangy curry and rice from the Iceland store.  Then tomorrow I have a pizza in the community fridge to tuck into.



Looks like I will get a [plethora of Xmas cards this year.
