Well another letter from the bank and another reply. In their defence they try to claim that their charges are fair and competitive, and in my prosecution I am stating that they are totally inappropiate to the cost of an automatic generated letter which costs no more than a few quid for them to produce. I have dangled a carrot for quick payment by giving a discount to settle pronto otherwise by seven days time without further warning i will take them to court and add costs on top as well. Nope,they are trying to delay the processs until the OFT decision which is expected on April 6th,and i am not allowing them to worm their way out of this.
