Music Books

jazzy_daveDidn't get home last night till after midnight. So all I did when I arrived home is to go straight to bed and do these two reports sometime today. However, it is a warm sunny morning and so far all have done os to drink coffee outside on one of the benches here and reading a few chapters from "Electric Eden" by Rob Young. It is one of those music books that I have started and not finished yet.
Other music books I have started and not finished reading in my library are -
Coltrane, The Story Of A Sound
Fearless, The Making Of Post-Rock
John Szwed - Miles Davis So What
Shirley Collins All In The Downs
So, I decided to make some headway and finish these excellent books starting with the Coltrane one. Of course, I have two parcels receieved from my brother unopened for my birthday. They feel like books and could also be music related, so we shall see in a few days time.
Talking of music I also picked up the latest Wire magazine on Saturday.
