It has been another uneventful day in the quiescent village except for the fact that cousin is feeling very unwell at the moment, but like Fran said on Sunday there is something going around. I thought at first he got himself into a deep funk and very withdrawn. Alas after a niggle this morning , and some stupid unkind words , I have come to realise that it is not just a function of the alcohol intake over the weekend..

Couldn't be bothered cooking so I had fish and chips and he had scampi and chips. The gurnet was soft and delicious We shared one portion of chips as the chip shop across the road tend to do large portions anyway.

Well at least the weather has been okay , which I hope it will be for tomorrow. A visit to Sittingbourne looms.
