Boots - Here Comes The Girls!

 The recent Boots advert has been nagging me since itt been aired on TV. The music sounded familiar, and yet could not place it. Anyway last night i dug out an old  CD from my collection to play upstairs whilst reading in bed on my portable CD boogie box. The album being "New Orleans Funk" (Soul Jazz) and hey presto, that very track came up (track no.23) - Ernie  K Doe "Here Comes The Girls" - stonking track. Oh and the rest of the CD is great too!  "Classic tune!, and yes you can find it on itunes! Ernie K Doe for the Christmas Number 1!!!!!"

Great track! Stonking indeed. That Soul Jazz comp. is such a killer too. Haven't seen that ad on this side of the pond....
