That is what the city was called in Roman times. That is where I headed off on a bright sunny morning. It did not stay that way as it had clouded over with grey skies by midday. So, my first port of call was a covert station coffee emporium in Welling, and then a charity shop visit in Beckenham, and then some time to spare before my train rides starting from Cannon Street. These were stops at Deptford, Charlton, Greenwich, and Woolwich Arsenal.

Quite a productive day.

Dinner was Mushroom Stroganoff.



Very tasty with some added garlic of course. I love mushrooms anyway.
