Whitstable

Of course, Whitstable is famous for the fact that Peter Cushing lived there. The Spoons pub in the town is called The Peter Cushing.

I was there to do a Co-op store visit but this was a store a few yards away from the train station and not the centre of town. Walking back to the station after the visit I saw this mural on a wall next to the path back to the train station.



The mural has Peter Cushing playing the detective Sherlock Holmes.
