A Fine Day

jazzy_daveA very pleasant warm day after the turmoil if the weather the last few days making one believe that summer was far away in the future. I went to Sittingbourne forenoon to do my usual twice a week stint for the governments work programme shambles. Typical, I thought, stuck inside an office on such a rare fine day.
This evening I have been listening to two CD’s and some music on the laptop. Particularly, John Tavener “The Protecting Veil”, Ravel’s “Piano Concerto For The Left Hand” and music by Gerry Hemingway from his “Electro--Acoustic Solo Works 1984 -1996” (Random Acoustics).
