My brother Dave
davesmusictank phoned yesterday evening to say that he could probably stay a couple of days after Rosalind's funeral, which would be a great help for me. This probably means that he would go back home on the 23rd.
My best mate Graeme dropped in for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon. Widowers together. Ironic isn't it that we have both lost our wives in the space of two months. We have so much in common and always have plenty to talk about, not least about Anne and Ros of course.
My sister-in-law Janet phoned last night to ask if it would be OK for her, her husband Mike and daughter Vanessa to come and visit on Sunday evening. Of course it is. They are driving up from Bristol and will spend Sunday night in a hotel to the east of Brighton.
And then it's the funeral...
