Favourite foreign films are the ones by Kieslowski , particularly the "Three Colours Trilogy" . Generally I find American remakes appalling and nowhere near as good. Very few foreign films translate well to American audiences anyway.

Yes i agree, even my cousin hates it when i put a foreign DVD on or want to watch the original TV series of Wallnder. Philistine!
