Last Few Days

jazzy_daveLast few days been ensconced in the foibles of a fragile femme stressed out with the things that need to be done to a house she purchased and the lack of work in the market research field. For those who haven't worked it out yet I am in Seaford.
Anyway, had a good journey on a boiling hot Saturday down to this bucolic part of the Sussex coast. Stopped in Rochester to have lunch at the Golden Lion, a Wetherspoons pub, before continuing the trip. I tucked into a very delicious rump steak.
Rochester High Street is quite charming.
Sunday went over to Brighton and had lunch at The Cliftonville in Hove. I scoffed a large chicken roast dish washed down with my usual gin and tonic, and a beer.
Whilst in Hove picked up a couple of books cheaply from a charity shop to sell online.
Off back to Kent tomorrow
