jazzy_daveThe clocks went back an hour and yet the body clock has yet to settle to it. I really do not understand why we have to go back an hour. Okay I realise it was for the farmers,especially those who farm in Scotland, but surely it is now time to reconsider this move and stick with British Summer Time.
