Chilli Challenge

A fairly warm and sunny day up till the afternoon as I wondered around Sittingbourne looking for some very hot ghost chillies (Bhut Jolokia). There is going to be a cook off between my cousin and the neighbour next week to see who can produce the hottest chilli dish. It also has to taste good but it has to be very spicy. Phil at the Dover Castle will be doing a blind tasting. Bring it on!!
