Palindromic day

Today is very unusual, and as such is a very rare event – it is a palindromic day – in numerical terms it is 1102 2011 (that is month /day/ year in the American format).
Apart from this odd bit of information , it has been a rather humdrum day. I noticed that in the local rag , the extremely boring East Kent Gazette, there is a bid to have a new cinema complex with the council in talks with an undisclosed company. The last one closed down in 2009 due to lack of customers. I reckon this one will not see the light of day, but if there was , say an Odeon or Cineworld , it would be a much viable option to go out to to see a film, and would be closer to visit.
If only the damn fucking buses in this area would be as efficient and good as the ones in the Brighton area. To have no evening bus is scandalous in my opinion. Even Medway gets evening buses. It needs Go Ahead ,who run Brighton and Hove buses, to challenge the status quo of Arriva, and set up some bus routes in this area. Pie in the sky, perhaps!
