Today i went to Canterbury and then the pretty town of Hythe to do some visits, mostly chazzers and came back with a bundle of stuff , mostly CD's and LP's and a couple of books. Hythe itself is a lovely coastal town just south of Folkstone.

This is a picture of the High street where i found some vinyl items going cheap.
Firstly the LP's at 50 pence a pop.
Billy Jo Spears - Billy Jo (United Artists)
Daryl Hall & John Oates - Voices (RCA)
KC and The Sunshine Band - Who Do ya Love (TK Records)

Paul Brett - Interlife (RCA)

I just love this man's music!
The compact discs are -
Roni Size and Reprazent - Newfrorms (Talkin' Loud)
Beth Gibbons & Rustin Man - Out Of Season (Go Beat)
Damien Rice "O" (14th Floor Records)
Interestingly, the last CD here by Damian Rice has the lovely track "Cannonball" which i downloaded recently from a compilation called "Good Dancers" that Pete Beaver, part of the VG+ forum, did in 2010 (from his blog "Revolution In The Headphones"
You can listen to Cannonball here -

The books are -
Margaret Atwood "The Handmaid's Tale" (Vintage)
Stieg Larsson "The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest" (Quercus)
Alexei Sayle "Mister Roberts" (Sceptre)
An enjoyable day out with items to read and listen to, esp the Damien Rice album. Sorry Pete, you cannot have my Letta Mbulu single now as i am keeping it and will be playing it on June 9th.
