jazzy_daveYesterday I visited another Green King pub, The Junction , this time in Polegate, and had a couple of beers, the classic Morland Old Speckled Hen. GC had a lime soda. We then got some shopping done at Tesco east side of Eastbourne.
Morning we went down to the Seaford recycling centre and I found a couple of albums by the Nice, Keith Emerson’s former band, and an LP called “Peace Love and Freedom” by Judy Mackenzie (Key Records).
Today we had the monthly Tuesday Lunch meeting at La Tasca in Brighton. Six of us today - GC, Mike ,Graeme, Barbara and Lesley plus myself. They have changed the menu a bit but the food was very good. Let down by the slow service with the lack of staff available.
Graeme and myself had a pint at the Evening Star pub before departing the city.
