Revenge Of The Fifth
May. 5th, 2014 12:27 pmSo as it is a lovely sunny day some sunny jazzy tunes for your delectation First this one from 1070 by Deirdre Wilson Tabac "I Can't keep From Crying Sometimes" (well perhaps not so sunny but a fine piece of rare jazz).
Next up, Blssom Dearie doing "I Like London In The Rain"
Now the next track isn't a jazz tune as such but by one of my fave female singers who sometimes did duets with Lee Hazelwood and her dad, This track is abit risque but one that over the years i have DJ'ed to delighted punters. It is called Kinky Love.
I also like groovy tunes that have a bit of sitar in them such as this one by Henry Mancini called "The Party".
Finally , some groovy 70's German commercial beaty pop tune for TV ads from a compilation called "Pop Shopping", Klaus Doldinger and " Wild Freshness".
Welcome to my world of strange music. Enjoy!
