Jazzy D's Soul Notes

Last night a few beers at the Star following a visit to the Mash Tun where Dan now works after his contract with the Quadrant ended at the weekend previous. Then over to see Chris and Rick and a few spliffs of the ganja listening to Chris's selection of disco grooves from the late seventies and early eighties period.

Whilst at the Evening Satr met Ewan and his friend Vince and we had a convivial and sometimes amusing chat outside the pub.

Luckily with a bitof deviuos subturfuge i made sure i got a night at the Quadrant for next month - Thursday 19th to be exact as dan said the current propietor will honour all current arrangements.

Anyway for an update on the gig scene here is my next few dates -

NORTHERN LIGHTS 6 Little East Street Friday March 6th from 8pm

HAMPTON ARMS Saturday 14th March from 9 pm til late

GREAT EASTERN PUB Trafalgar Street 15th Sunday March with Ben and Luke from 8pm PROGNOSIS night!

THE QUADRANT Thursday 19th March from 8pm
