The Roast Pork Perturbation Hypothesis

jazzy_daveLast night Mike, Tim and I had the tastiest roast pork with all the crackling,apple sauce,cauliflower cheese, roast spuds and vegetable medley. We had a meal at the Dover Castle and Phil, all week, has been boasting about how good his crackling is , and it was. We had a bottle of vino with the meal, and then had dessert , coffees and a cognac.
After Phil had finished cooking he brought out this single malt whisky, which was 60% proof, specially ordered for us for the evening. Man, it was smooth and it was pokey! Talisker after that felt ordinary.
Trouble was, the cauliflower cheese caused some perturbations in the nether regions, which meant quick visits to the gents to relieve oneself.
However, it was an excellent evening with delicious food and convivial company.
Tim was up first this morning , followed by me, and then my brother, who had egg on toast before getting his train back to Brighton
