Jandek Find and more stuff!

Yesterday i was looking at the cheaper stuff outside of Borderline and discovered a Jandek CD "On the Way" for £4.99 (Corwood Industries) from 1988 and it's one of his best, Mike Ladd "Negrophilia" CD on Thirsty Ear from this year for £6 and a double CD on NOvaMute "2CDS abd MP3s" Various Artists from 2003 for only £2.99. Buying all 3 gives a £2 discount so in total £12 which is quite reasonable. From Snoopers Paradise discovered a Jessica Bailiff CD "Even In Silence" on Kranky Records from 1998 - a great find for only £3. No comics recently though but a few books bought cheaply - one from Snoopers "Malcolm X on Afro-American History" (Pathfinder paperback)for £3 and two from a charirty shop "Soft Machine" William Burroughs(Penguin) and "Robert Mitchum Solid Dad,Crazy" by Damien Love (Batsford) for £1.50 and £2 respectively.



Finished of a survey on Food Allergies as well. Peter Baker who gave me the work picked up the last three early evening from a total of thirteen i did and gave me £195 for the work. Lovely jubbly.

The wife wants pocket money for her holiday starting Saturday so i will not see much of that left. However i will have three weeks of peace whilst she is away in the Philippines.
