I bit my upper lip yesterday and said upper lip is not sore, but discomforting as it is a bit swollen, so using Bonjela every so often to soothe it. I also have a damn pimple on my nose so you could say ,to paraphrase a cliché, "i've been through the wars with it". Which follows nicely to the fact i bought a book on clichés from Sandpiper Books for a £1 called "Chambers Clichés And How To Avoid Them". Some people hate clichés and others find them a help - To each his own (and that is a delberate cliché i put in).

FRA-kking Liars
Mar. 21st, 2007 11:58 amFreeman Research Associates are liars - they said they would put my cheque on the Friday but nothing arrived so i phoned them again this morning and they now said it went in the post yesterday (Tuesday) and probably second class post no doubt. Liars liars liars - since i recorded the conversation on my digital dictaphone last Friday confirms it. I will never work with them again.
The Best of The Last
Mar. 21st, 2007 09:09 pmIn Portslade today doing another Tesco Metro. Checked out the charity shops to see if any good vinyl turned up and hey presto the much recommended "Voodoo Party" by James Last turned up for £2 (from The Heart Foundation shop) and includes two great Sly and The Family Stone covers and a track by Marvin Gaye "Inner City Blues" and "Se A Cabo" by Santana, and is probably the best of the multitude of James Last LPs floating around in charity shops and second hand stalls. Anyway a review of it in my WEIRDSOUNDZ site.
