Cricket Survey

Today i was Team Leader to a coterie of three interviewers plus myself down at The Sussex County cricket ground in Hove. Sussex were playing Yorkshire in a gripping tussle between two mighty county clubs with Sussex being ahead on the first day of play.

One of our group could not do the job as he had to finish another survey elsewhere but i picked up his work and we split the pack between the four of us - an extra five each with his fee being equally split. We all got the twenty plus most of the extra five each. A good sunny day helped the day go well and we all finished by 3pm.

Vinyl Quality

 Been listening to some reissued vinyl albums such as Minnie Ripperton's "Perfect Angel". You know i don't think reissued vinyl are as good quality as original albums. There always seem to be some imperfection and the 180 gramm heavies can sound so distorted at times. Yet when i find a perfect or mintish old vinyl it sounds really good even those thin ones of the seventies. I wonder what others have to say who collect vinyl or if you / they concur with my thoughts or have an alternate opninon. Let me know.
