I am going to do Ashford tomorrow now .as it is definitely the last day for the shop, and also do Tunbridge Wells afterwards. I have popped into Faversham to pick up some pipe tobacco and wandered into the new Oxfam shop. I bought one CD , a compilation "Down To the Promised Land, 5 Years of Bloodshot Records" (Blodshot)  for £1.99 and told them to put by six more that i will pick up tomorrow, including CD';s by P J harvey, Calexico, Mercury Rev and American Music Club. They seem to have some great albums in at the moment, including CD's by Sebodah and Scouting For Girls.

Off soon to get train towards the Office and back home later.

Spot still in silent sullen mood, so screw him.

On my way back from Faversham I went to the Office, and walking down from the station towards the place, I notice my cousin was in The Summoner nursing a pint of Guinness. I don't think he saw me and I certainly wasn't going in there to see him.

He has also done the electricity key meter , since I explicitly told him to do so on a note I left on his laptop before I went out.

After getting myself a microwavable beef lasagne to eat, since for some reason he is not eating much in the way of food, I retired to my room to listen to the double CD I bought from Oxfam in Faversham.

“Down To The Promised Land” is a compilation of rock, bluegrass , folk and country, or loosely termed as Americana. Not bad, but like most of these comps it is a mixed bag, some stand out tracks and others less so. One for ripping the best tracks and then re-selling.
