Apart from my excursion to Faversham yesterday i manipulated time to catch up on some TV serials, such as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and Sleepy Hollow, and then listened to some of my sub-pound CD purchases. The compilation "Wild Cool and Swingin' is a great trove of easy listening delights, such as Peggy Lee's version of "Fever" , the cool jazzy vibes of Julie London's "You'll Be So Nice to Come Home To" , and the velvety growl of Lou Rawl's "Nobody But Me".

Excellent stuff.

Listening to this folk ,and reggae drenched compilation at the moment. Another fine cover of a young lass with a guitar and looks totally naked underneath. Well one can imagine!

A bit of a relaxing day. As the other aforementioned personage was going to watch the football (with Colin, a sad Liverpool fan) ,after working this morning ,we had both agreed on a scenario where he ate at work and i would poodle off somewhere for some lunch.

As it turned out to be ,I ended up at a Wetherspoons outlet having a fine pork roast Sunday lunch, which was supplemented by a delicious ale from the I Wantsum range.

It was fully satisfying, and i toddled off home  in a very relaxed state, having had a few beers at another alehouse that is known as The Elephant, in Faversham.
