I really fucking hate it when people diss the unions. But that is typical of Tory loving twats. The Unions did a lot of good, and okay, I admit some got too powerful, but without them we would be in a worse state than we are. Plus, don't get me going about Arthur Scargill, since he was that cunt's lapdog, the one named Thatcher, that got him to break the unions. No wonder he was swanning it up with two houses. He was not  a socialist, he was just a Tory whipping boy, or as they use to call it in those  detestable public schools, a fag!

Oh and if you want to talk about fat Northern gits, then Eric Pickles, a bastard Tory, is one and his biscuit fiasco , is another thing i could rant on about it, but i might bust a blood vessel doing that.

Decided to pop into the Office. I walked the three miles into town , as i could save a bus fare and still get paid for said fare from the folks who run the Office.

Last night I watched Haven on the SyFy channel and the had a text from Phil, saying tat there a vino waiting for me at the bar. Had a couple of them before returning back for well earn sleep.

I had a move a visit i was going to do today to Wednesday, which actually, works better for me as it ties up with another i am doing not far way in the same area. So it will be a visit to Medway

Picked up this interesting little paperback for a quid today.A radical feminist , a Lacanian Postcolonialist , a Poststructuralist Marxist, and a Cultural Theorist apply their literary hermeneutics in a brilliant and satirically witty book.

Quiz Night

Flo, the cat,  has decided to sleep on my bed for a change, rather than sleep downstairs, that is , before my cousin gets up early to go to work. She probably finds that it is warmer up in this room ,even though the night storage heater isn't on as yet, due to the fact that running them is so expensive. Plus it has been quite mild of late.

I had been watching my usual triumvirate of quiz programmes on a Monday, Eggheads, University Challenge and Only Connect with varying degrees of getting the right answer in diminishing returns with each programme in that order. However, I had a sense of deja vu with the first one, as it was also relayed on the previous Friday. So I felt a bit cheated. Radio 4 has been doing a Round Britain quiz, but i always seem to miss out on that one, and this will have to use the catch-up service.

Tomorrow, I shall potter off to Faversham to sell some books, and a visit to the Office will be required to print out another visit that i have accepted from Grass Roots.
