Remake Reshuffle

A bit of a fitful night sleeping on and off. Mind seems to be working on overtime. So i got up and polled the scan i did in Sittingbourne yesterday via the antiquated dead slow modem that the essentially serviceable agents of the company deemed suitable for the job. Having to plug out the broadband so that i can use the ruddy modem on its painfully slow baud rate is not on!

Now that the rant is over, I did watch the new series of Sherlock Holmes via the excellent catch-up service on the Beeb and whilst it is fun i do have mixed feelings about it. I followed that with a DVD of the 2007 remake of the ""Invasion of The Body Snatchers", retitled as "The Invasion" starring Daniel Craig and Nicole Kidman.. Bought from Cex for a mere fifty pence. Not a bad film, and a good twist on the original. 

Paperwork

This was the amount of paperwork generated for the visits I am doing this month. 

Phones

Some phones are just too complicated. I have somebody  , a relation, who just updated their phone as they lost the old one. It was not set up by the mobile phone  company in the shop and thus he was not able to get on  the web and then had to call the network supplier for the phone, which was useful as a brick.

Sometimes customer service is so poor and unless you are tech savvy , you can be flummoxed very quickly. At least when i bought my phone a good few years back the company i bought it from set it all up for me.
