Tuesday Thoughts
May. 5th, 2020 12:37 pmWhilst it is sunny today it's cooler and windier than yesterdays warmness.
I walked down to the local shop and posted two items off. I also picked up some Italian garlic ham for some sarnies and a few ciders.
Bro's comment on that orange-faced twit in the White House has received 80 plus comments!
Did not realise that May Day is no longer a bank holiday. That sucks. Pagans and socialists like myself will be annoyed but VE day sounds a good idea. But getting rid of one for the other is not on. So Boris for next year bring back the May Day bank holiday.
So, we are slowly getting towards the end of this situation with the pandemic. I still think it will take time and that social distancing will be around for a good long while yet.
I do have another shop for MSUK to do which currently would end on 30/6/2020, agon with careers advice but face to face than online or phone and hence not be done until MSUK tells me it is safe to do so - but it is worth £30.
Read another science book and a short novella, and thus reviews expected later.
