I try self-talk, keep myself in a calm atmosphere, go for a walk, have a nice warm bath, play calming music. I have found EFT works, too. But the truth is I have a lot of trouble coping with stress. I do it very badly.
I think about it, talk to my friends about it and if I still haven't solved it, I will sleep on it to see if my brain can come up with a solution overnight (it takes a lot longer than overnight these days). I guess another method I use for some things is look up the 'net!
Not usually. I usually can't think of anything else. As I said, I'm bad with stress. Sometimes I might put an unsolvable problem in the back of my mind if I don't have to find an answer until some distant time in the future. Usually when I do that, though, I still haven't found a solution when the time comes!
