My neighbors also share their good for nothing "music" with me along with their dogs at all times of the day and night.

I used to play loud music on purpose when I lived at my mom's apartment building.

It helped drown out the screaming kids, fireworks, barking dogs, cars racing up and down the block, and drunken husbands yelling at their wives.

Yeah, I don't miss any of that shite.
