Ealing and Highgate Visits Plus Finds

Needed a break from walking or at least standing around,so i am in a coffee shop using their free WiFi. I am in London having done a visit this morning at Ealing Broadway rail station. Had to be therefor 8.30 am so i left home this morning sometime just after five in the morning.It was standing at the station for two hours just making a note how long it takes customers from joining a queue to when they get at the front at the ticket office or TVM if it applies.

I then went by underground to Notting Hill Gate to see how much of MVE is left (Music and Video Exchange in full). They use to have three shops along that road and a bookshop around the corner.Now they have been just reduced to the one shop in Notting Hill.



Anyway,i checked the ground floor first before going upstairs to see what jazz stuff they had, I found four CD's including a brand new reissue of a Brother Ahh album i have wanted for awhile.

My other visit was lunch at Highgate end of the city. I had an pressed juice soft drink and this healthy Warm Autumn Grain Bowl which is a
seasonal menu paired with butternut squash, spiced pecans and roasted Brussels sprouts!



So a satisfying day overall.
