Success over Unfair Bank Charges

jazzy_daveOH YES A RESULT !! After weeks of letters to and fro to my bank they have given me an offer based on what i claimed against them, and it is in FULL without me having to go the county court,which would have cost me between £30 to £120 depending on the size of the claim.
I accepted as it is what i wanted and posted the acceptance letter the same dsy it arrived.
So for all those who have followed this thread i first must thank the Argus for making me aware of it and then moneysavingexpert.com for support and valuable information.
So once i have that lovely thousands (Well almost five and three zeroes including interest over 6 years). of dosh in my bank it will be a champagne day!!!
