Sunday Salutations

jazzy_daveQuite a dull uninspring day so far. I walked down to the local Spa shop and found that even they have bare shelves due to the haulage driver problems. I spoke to Raj - the shop owner - and he said that he keeps ordering stuff but still getting much less of the supplies he normally has.
Oh well, I picked up a few snacks and some cans of cider for binge watching shows. I discovered this creepy one called Midnight Mass - just seven episodes long - but I feel it will just get bloodier and creepier as it goes along. It has something to do with vampirism as well all know being Buffy fans that a vampire suffers no ills and has great strength and a keen sense of smell. These so-called miracles of the town are nothing to do with religion. That was the awkward part for me is the so-called "I am right you are wrong" attitude of the Catholic faith. I can do without much of the religioso and hence just here for the gore!
However, shows that seem to get better for me are definitely Doom Patrol and Foundation.
Oh, had an email from my mate Gareth from Rugby thanking me for the book I sent him about radio. He still is very much a tech newbie and does not email enough but I sent him my link to LJ , so hopefully he may join.
